Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Please note that during busy sale periods, estimated delivery time may take slightly longer than the estimates above and this will lead to delivery delays but they will be communicated as and when they happen.

Ghana Delivery Time and Cost

Standard Ghana Delivery - Free.

Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivered Next Working Day if ordered before 12PM.

Please note that orders placed after 12PM Friday will be picked up on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. All Ghana orders are shipped with DHL and via our in-house courier service. Please note that DHL and our in-house courier do not deliver on Public Holidays. Please note that during busy sale periods, order processing may take slightly longer.


All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment centre by applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to process. During sale periods, the processing time can increase to up to 5 working days.

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please be aware that claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Zoharous does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of the order, issuing a refund to your original form or payment for the item(s) not in stock.


While we make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Zoharous reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Zoharous reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”; An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, Zoharous reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns (both in-store or online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


International Shipping Time and Cost


All orders are currently shipped from Accra, Ghana and you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

AustraliaAll orders above AUS$1,000 will be subject to import duties. These figures can vary depending on the value of the parcel. Please check with the appropriate Customs Service for estimates.

New ZealandAll orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the goods in the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.




We are happy to accept returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a purchase receipt showing your order number or proof of purchase.

Please email us for the return address at with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s). 

Once you have sent the item(s), please provide us with proof of return and tracking number.

Once we receive the item(s), we shall then proceed to send you a store credit via email. In regards to the items sold during our Sales period / you wish to exchange, these can only be returned for / this can be facilitated by using a store credit

Please note, Store Credits will not include any previous shipping costs. Upon receipt, it takes about 3-5 working days to process your return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email with your order number.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
